In an interview with Hindustan Times, director Kabir Khan revealed that the film’s action sequences were orchestrated by a diverse team of stunt directors from 14 different countries. The action scenes were shot on a grand scale across five countries outside of India, including Cuba, Ireland, Turkey, the Syrian border, and Thailand.
On the work front, Salman Khan is set to star in AR Murugadoss and Sajid Nadiadwala’s upcoming film Sikandar, with Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead. Recent reports from Mid-Day indicate that the film’s initial shooting schedule concluded on July 1, featuring a high-octane action sequence between Khan and co-star Prateik Babbar at Chitrakoot Grounds, with filming at Taj Lands End in Bandra. The team is expected to take a 45-day break before building a new set at SRPF Ground in Goregaon.
According to Pinkvilla, Sikandar will also be shot in Portugal and other European countries, in addition to India, with a substantial budget. The film is scheduled for release during the Eid weekend of 2025.
